Even after making the decision to give up the SUV I loved to my grandson, I stalled at car shopping. Then I visited Herb Gordon Volvo and Peter totally changed my perception of the entire process. Besides being no nonsense, professional and knowledgeable, he gave me good advice, which (unbeknownst to him), totally mirrored that of the car experts in my family. He helped me decide on the car that was right for me, not the one I originally thought i would end up buying. He was a great fit for our experience and my husband is already talking about going back to get his car early next year. More

best buying experience at a dealership After visits to two Jeep dealerships that showed their lack of sales training and poor customer service, I found a next to new Jeep Patriot at Herb Go After visits to two Jeep dealerships that showed their lack of sales training and poor customer service, I found a next to new Jeep Patriot at Herb Gordon Volvo from an Internet search. Peter Larson had the Jeep at the showroom door by the time I arrived. Peter knew all features of the Jeep and how they operated -- unlike the untrained salesmen at the Jeep dealerships. Peter and Chantel stayed after close to finish paperwork. Excellent experience with this dealership! I only wish there was a Jeep dealership in their local network to do any service I might need in the future. A+ More
