Lead on I called Rahid on Monday Aug 29th about a Tacoma truck this was being delivered to Jim Coleman auto that I found on cars.com. I told Rahid I would put I called Rahid on Monday Aug 29th about a Tacoma truck this was being delivered to Jim Coleman auto that I found on cars.com. I told Rahid I would put up a $500 security deposit to hold the truck when it gets in. He assured me there was no need just my name and phone number and he would call. Rahid said it was die in that night. I got a quote from Rahid in the form of an email and I replied that a accepted the deal. I called again on Tuesday and he said it's not in yet but would call me when it gets there. Today ( Wednesday) I called and was told the truck came in on Tuesday and has been sold. My bank (USAA) had already approved the purchase of this truck and sent an email to Rahid to inform him I was preapproved. I feel I was lead on to buy a truck I found online and it was sold from under an agreement that was made between us. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from Jim Coleman auto and I will follow up with USAA car buying service. More

I emailed him some competing prices in the market and I asked him to get the dealer to match for me so that I would not need to haggle nor go to a dealer far away and find out that there were hidden charges. Peter did the job as requested. I went to the JC dealership to see him and he was ready with all the pricing details. He had a file for me with all the numbers down showing all the rebates, trade in balance , etc. This is the real WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get). The transaction in the finance office went through very fast as all the numbers matched exactly what he had shown me. This time I opted to renew the President's Club with no second thought as the value of the previous one was a lot more than what it provided by at least double, besides the additional trade in credit. I used to doubt its value, but the amount of services and credits it provides more than pay for itself. I don't even get to see the managers face nowadays. Peter keeps all the fight with managers away from the buyer. Now the Managers at JC are actually nice fellow to deal with. Patrick is a no pressure easy going general manager who knows how to keep the customer happy. This time around the standard meeting with the lady that tries to sell after market stuff was even skipped without me even asking for, as by now they have realized I don't get any extras. They do offer some deals for those who plan to keep the car for the long haul though. As in any dealer you need to be prepared to negotiate if interested in any of the additional packages they offer. My wife and I bought a Toyota Avalon Hybrid through Peter Lee on Sunday. We actually set out with the intention of buying it from one of your competitors, but noticed online that you had an identical vehicl Lee on Sunday. Since Jim Coleman is more convenient than the competitor, we stopped in and Peter was able to deliver what we wanted. We enjoyed working with Peter. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured in any way. Peter also took a lot of time to thoroughly explain the vehicle to us, which was helpful to me because I'm technologically challenged. We had previously test driven an Avalon Hybrid at one of your other competitors, and the difference in knowledge between Peter and his counterpart at the other dealership was night and day. If we buy Toyotas in the future, we will come to Jim Coleman and ask for Peter. More

The first great thing was that Peter looked at the description of the one second hand Corolla in stock (red! with sun roof!) and questioned the "manual" designation. (My daughter did not want manual.) When he checked out the actual car, indeed it was an automatic. Hooray! I called my daughter, who lives in Baltimore and had my husband's Prius on loan, and she said she would head down. However, traffic was terrible and she didn't arrive until 8:45. Peter was unfazed. He took her out for a test drive and graciously answered every question she had. The business of getting a new (second hand) car had loomed as very daunting and worrisome for my daughter and I was delighted for her to have such a completely positive experience as she had with Peter every step of the way--and to have such a wonderful experience as a standard by which to judge subsequent experiences of this sort. Peter cheerfully shepherded us through completing the sale--which took us all through to 11:00 PM. Though he must have been tired, he never gave any hint of wishing he didn't have to run two hours beyond closing time. My daughter was delighted and reassured to have his email and phone number in case any questions arose (and I believe one or two did) and came away a happy, appreciative customer. As did I! I can't imagine having a better experience than the one we had with Peter. More
