Over the last ten years, I have also used their service department for routine maintenance. Both service and sales reps are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I also had no problems financing the car thru American Honda Finance. For this purchase (May 2019), both Michelle and Peter were very helpful and trustworthy. I would rate both of them as excellent. I have been working with Henry my service provider for quite a few years now. Maybe around 5 years or so. He is outstanding. I currently have an expiring lease and I was introduced to a new employee Mohammed A., not sure of his last name and his supervisor Peter who are in the new vehicle exchange program. Both professional, courteous and upfront. I test drove a new vehicle and I am in the decision making process. They were understanding and did not try to pressure me into a snap decision.
