Very good. Things were a little slow, but no other is. I was pleasantly surprised at having a good experience at Hillside. Ten years ago I tried to negotiate for a car there and had an absolutely awful exp I was pleasantly surprised at having a good experience at Hillside. Ten years ago I tried to negotiate for a car there and had an absolutely awful experience- they had obnoxious tactics that forced me to stay there long past the point I wanted to leave. Hopefully the good experience this time is a reflection of some fundamental change in philosophy/management. The people this time were very good! More
