This is our third lease with Massapequa Mercedes. Although we did need to deal with more than one sales guy, they were all knowledgeable and helpful and a pleasure to work with. Each one took their time, and tried their hardest and succeeded to make buying the car a pleasurable experience. The way phone calls were handled is a different story. We were put in touch with Aja, and got her voicemail and left messages for her to call us back so we could take care of delivery. After at least 5 attempts on our part to get in touch with her, we never received a call back. Reception seemed to have a disconnect with getting us satisfaction. This is the first time we have had this issue, but it was frustrating, never the less. Hoping this issue doesnt carry over to service issues in the future.
