Just a great place to buy acura cars. Absolutely great customer service from front desk, sales person to sales manager. Purchase of a Acura MDX that never happened I am not based in New York but after a back and forth e-mail exchange with several folks at Paragon Acura, I negotiated a purchase price with Peter Pa I am not based in New York but after a back and forth e-mail exchange with several folks at Paragon Acura, I negotiated a purchase price with Peter Pazmino and was ready to proceed with the sale. Peter called me at 9:00 pm when the dealership is closing and had me fill out all the paperwork for financing with my drivers license and e-mail back to him. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not even received a follow-up e-mail or call from him. I even arranged transportation to have the vehicle shipped to me. Supposedly this dealerships motto is "we treat our customers like family" - I would hate to see how they treat their friends. I have owned both the 1st and 2nd generation Acura MDX and this would have been my third. The vehicle is still listed on their website and since then has dropped in price as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone both in-state or out-of-state. More

Paragon Acura Sales Thomas Ng & Peter Pazimino are the BEST I Adam Burakouski live in Torrington Ct. which is a two plus hour ride to Paragon Acura. I bought a 2009 Acura TL in 2010 from Peter Pazmino and Thoma I Adam Burakouski live in Torrington Ct. which is a two plus hour ride to Paragon Acura. I bought a 2009 Acura TL in 2010 from Peter Pazmino and Thomas Ng. and they were great with everything they did pertaining to selling me a car. They are a great asset to Paragon establishment. Because of the great service and price I came back in October 2015 and bought a 2015 Acura TLX and once again Peter and Thomas Ng were as accommodating as the first purchase. My daughter 2013 Volvo SUV XC60 was hit and totaled out. My daughter had an MDX prior to the Volvo and wanted another one but felt she couldn't afford a Acura RDX until I called Peter and then worked also with Thomas Ng and got a deal going and my daughter and son in-law purchased a 2014 RDX on 10/7/2016 which was in excellent shape with 27K on it. Thomas got the RDX completely detailed in 1.5 hrs in the mean time we got all the paper work completed. After a final inspection of the RDX we were on our way home.Summing up both Peter & Thomas went out of there way to make this deal happen. Both were very professional ,knowledgeable ,and courteous. Both Peter and Thomas are a great asset to Paragon sales team. My daughter and son in-law are very happy with their new RDX. I know my daughter and I will be back in the future when we want to purchase another Acura. Price & Service was also a great factor. Thanks for everything Adam & Michelle/Joe Vanotti. More

Acura TLX As a retail customer and a car salesman myself, I've never been treated so badly when trying to make a purchase. I live 250 miles away from Paragon As a retail customer and a car salesman myself, I've never been treated so badly when trying to make a purchase. I live 250 miles away from Paragon Acura. So when I reached out to them initially, they were straight forward with me that they do not discount their cars. Ending the first conversation, I thanked them for their time, but no thanks. On several occasions after the first call, many people from this dealership calls me with the same message that they want me to arrange a time to stop in to the dealership to make a deal, however, they do not DISCOUNT. At this point, we are only $500.00 away from making a deal. Paragon Acura then lowered their advertised price online a week later. Now I decided that the price is now agreeable, I called the dealership back over the course of 5 days speaking again to several reps and NO ONE calls me back. All I want to do is buy a car. Apparently they sell enough Acura's because they made it perfectly clear that they don't need my business! More

dishonest and lazy I would avoid this dealership at all costs, I found a car online, looked pretty good in the pictures for a 10 year old car. I read the bad reviews on yelp but i decided to check it out anyways, The car looked so much better in the pictures. I spoke with Thomas Ng about this, we had a deal in the works, alot higher price than i wanted. We were waiting for the fiannce approval and he had me and my fiance waiting for 1 hr without any updates, nowhere to be found. After waiting 2hrs me and my fiance left. He called us the next day reduced the price of the car, when checked out the car there was a water leak in the spare tire area which I pointed out and during the test drive i mentioned the transmission sounded no good so i bought an extended warranty with them for the transmission and the water in the spare Thomas said it was probably fro cleaning the car, i asked him many times if he was sure it wasn't a leak. After i took the car home i went to my mechanic and he tells me its a common problem with the Acura RSX that the water leaks into a spare, its a simple fix and the transmissions bearing is bad, will cost around 2-3k to fix, End result warranty company says its preexisting condition so they wont cover it, the dealership charged me to replace the part they supposedly took care of for the water leak. The transmission.... the service Dept said and i quote, "oh its a 10 year old car, its normal to have noises" -Alex(from service) great dealership avoid at all costs More

Excellent Service...TLX is awesome I arrived at the dealer at 6PM and out by 8PM with my certified TLX. Thomas was very quick and his level of customer service was excellent.
