It was a joy talking with each of them, and no different than if we were sitting down at a picnic or watching a Chiefs game. Sure, they wanted to sell another car during a time of social distancing and economic turmoil, but they ensured that the experience was polite, pleasant, and professional. So .. 3 P's for the 3 P's! Made an offer online and was contacted immediately, made an appointment for the following morning. Vehicle was waiting for me to test drive, my trade-in was evaluated during my test drive. I liked the vehicle, had a few debates regarding the value of my trade-in which is normal!! Arrived at an agreement and moved forward to complete the transaction, which took a little under three hours from time of arrival to driving away with my new vehicle. I was very pleased with Jeff Allstate, from our first telephone contact to his readiness upon my arrival, through the purchasing process and to the time I drove away in my new vehicle. He definitely made the purchasing experience much more pleasant than some of my past experiences elsewhere. I should also mention the adds, information and photos posted by this dealership definitely portray their vehicles in a far better manner than their competitors. More
