wonderful experience with service We brought in a '96 Prizm (basically a Corolla) for repair, and Peter Soliman knocked himself out to find the necessary part, which Toyota no longer m We brought in a '96 Prizm (basically a Corolla) for repair, and Peter Soliman knocked himself out to find the necessary part, which Toyota no longer makes. When it wasn't available from any of their authorized vendors, he was incredible at working with us to help us find an unwarranteed part ourselves. He gave us his own cell number, made himself available on his personal time to help figure out logistics, and checked both parts we found to identify one that worked (one didn't) it, then installed it. He could not have been more pleasant to deal with, handled all these headaches graciously and generously, and even kept costs down to lower than we expected. Just a terrific guy, terrific experience. More

He has amazing customer service skills, gets me in and out and even when I haven't been at the property for quite sometime he remembers my name and he knows what my car needs to have work done on it, because I don't have to repeat myself to another service provider. The others at the property don't make a person connection with the customers but Peter does. I always wait on him to be checked in I don't like no one else checking me in because they others don't smile and they push me out the way so they can help someone else. But Peter is not like that at all, like I said in the begining because of my experience with the other employees I wasn't going to come back but the ONLY REASON I come back to that branch is because of Peter Soliman and someone from management needs recognize him for his great service. Thank you Peter for your smile and your personal connection I hope there are more people like you out there who can bring a smile to customers coming into a dealership. It's not easy going into the dealership to get work done on your car because you don't know what problems the car may have. Excellent experience at the service center. I was having problems making sure my insurance would pay for the repairs, but Peter went the extra mile in coordinating with them.
