Very good service at a difficult time for me. Peter was great, and thanks to the techs who properly diagnosed my problem. Not getting my battery changed at Autozone anymore. Autozone clerk ins Peter was great, and thanks to the techs who properly diagnosed my problem. Not getting my battery changed at Autozone anymore. Autozone clerk installed it improperly causing intermittent failure of power steering while driving. Don't trust a store clerk to install your battery, get a trained Honda Tech to do it! It may be more expensive, but the hassle it could save you down the road is worth it! More

Peter was absolutely the best service manager I have dealt with since I started with Brandon Honda in 2005. No one showed such great empathy and understanding of my situation as Peter. He was thoughtful dealt with since I started with Brandon Honda in 2005. No one showed such great empathy and understanding of my situation as Peter. He was thoughtful, kind, and considerate. He didn't try to drain me of every penny he could get; he understood my situation and worked to help me get my car serviced within my budget. He always kept a kind, even tone as he spoke and shared updates on my vehicle. I felt so blessed and thankful that Peter was the one on duty who helped and served me. I wish him the best and hope he will be at Brandon Honda for a very long time. I missed the café. I was looking forward to getting something to eat since my appointment was at six am; however, I was thankful for the freshly brewed coffee. More
