While I ultimately decided to buy my vehicle from this dealership, my expectations were not entirely met based on both the reviews and the firsthand accounts I had received from close family and friends w dealership, my expectations were not entirely met based on both the reviews and the firsthand accounts I had received from close family and friends who had dealings with this location. One area that could be improved is the handling of financing options. Instead of being presented with them upfront, I had to inquire about them myself. During my visit to the dealership to purchase the vehicle, I found myself filling out a financing application, even though I could have done so from my home if I had been informed earlier. What puzzled me was that, shortly after submitting the application, I received a call from a different sales rep. at the same location, seemingly unaware of my previous interactions. This lack of communication among the sales team was quite apparent. As we neared the completion of the purchase process for my new vehicle, a significant oversight was noticed. The finance rep. remembered that I was trading in my existing vehicle, necessitating adjustments to both the price and the paperwork. This oversight could have had significant consequences, and I believe there should be more robust procedures in place to prevent such situations. Additionally, a few days prior to my purchase, I had placed a deposit on the vehicle, which was intended to be applied toward my initial purchase price. Unfortunately, this detail was overlooked by the finance rep. Although the deposit has since been refunded, it highlights the need for more effective processes to prevent such oversights from occurring in the future. Finally, I was not made aware of the additional benefits that come with buying from this location, such as the Holiday discount card. While this was not communicated to me, I looked on the website later on and noticed it mentions that the card may take a few weeks to arrive via mail. I would have appreciated having this information ahead of time to set my expectations accordingly. There are perks from buying from a dealership and this should be something to eagerly promote to encourage customers to use this location. However, it seems like the opposite and instead nothing something that is even mentioned. More
