Best Sales Experience I've Ever Had This was the best sales experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread having to go into a dealership because I know that it will be a This was the best sales experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I normally dread having to go into a dealership because I know that it will be an all-day affair while I wait for the sales person to play middle-man with the sales manager as we negotiate a price. After that, I usually expect another couple hour wait while I work with financing. Not to mention the countless times that the car I'm looking for is not on the lot, even after calling ahead to ensure that it's there. This time, I called ahead and spoke to Peter about the vehicle I had found on cars.com. He assured me that it was there and he brought it around to the front so that it was waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. The Luther no-haggle pricing made the sales process rather fast so I was off to financing. From the moment we agreed on the sale, I was out the door with my chosen vehicle in less than 90 minutes. Thank to Peter Yang and Matt Kritzeck, for the first time ever I will be referring a car dealership to friends and family.
