I recently had the pleasure of dealing with White Bear Acura and David Ringsred, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by f Acura and David Ringsred, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me with my needs at about 30 minutes to closing. Their showroom is smaller but they make up for it with good inventory of smartly specced vehicles that most purchasers would choose. Dave was very knowledgeable about the features and benefits of our MDX and they were patient in answering all of my questions. When it came time to purchase my vehicle, Peter Yang was able to secure me a competitive rate, and the entire process was seamless and stress-free, he let me walk away easily from the extra add ons without making one feel guilty. Overall, I liked WBAcura because I was able to select any additonal vehicle options I wanted a la carte, even things that didnt exist on their pamphlet without resistance. S+ experience, would recommend over my Honda experience; especially with veteran salesman on staff like Dave Ringsred and Peter Yang. More
