Excellent Experience Yes there was waiting involved, but never have I felt so at home in a place of business. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I made arrangements for an appointment to see the new Honda Fit with Melissa. I got the meeting day and time I asked for with no hesitation and in a cheerful manner. She met me at the door when I arrived and acted like an old friend had come to visit - asking me how I was feeling and telling me how glad she was to see me. She then introduced me to Peterson who was finishing up with another client and would be my salesman when he finished. He went and got me a cup of hot tea to make me comfortable while I waited. Then he showed me the cars that I was interested in which were in the showroom and very thoroughly explained the benefits of each car and the differences between them and the different prices as well. He was called to the manager's office to finish dealing with his previous client and Sammy took over. He was an excellent, gentlemanly, pleasant, knowledgeable salesman and took me through the rest of the sale, helping me get the car I wanted at a price within my budget and treating me like a well respected, important person. Thanks to him and Kevin, your financial manager, I am now the proud owner of a purple passion, 2016 Fit! More
