Peyman Marandloui

We came to Jim Coleman to shop for a new vehicle as our lease was coming to an end and we were highly interested in changing from a Ford to a new Toyota Prius. We had previously emailed with Peyman, who wa lease was coming to an end and we were highly interested in changing from a Ford to a new Toyota Prius. We had previously emailed with Peyman, who was very kind and forthcoming with the limited availability, however we came in to see what the dealer had since we have several months until the lease matures. Upon entering, we were met by Sachin, who based on his assessment of my wife and I being a younger couple, determined that we did not understand the financials of our current lease and attempted to lecture and educate us on a lease of which he had no financial knowledge of. While I appreciate information being provided, the condescending nature of Mr. Sachin was extremely rude and he attempted to write off how we determined our current car value without even attempting to appraise our trade-in. He then discussed with another sales representative, whom he told he was uncomfortable speaking to with us and handed us off to another representative for price shopping. Because of this interaction I will no longer consider purchasing a Toyota or doing business with any Jim Coleman dealership unless upper management can educate their sales team on how to properly approach and discuss finances with potential new clientele.
