We came into Corwyn to look at a jeep that unfortunately was sold prior to us getting there. Peyton showed us inventory of other jeeps that were available and we actually found one that was even a better op was sold prior to us getting there. Peyton was new, but did a great job. The process took way too long, seems like they need more than one manager to approve things. I was in the store for over 3 hours before I even got The process took way too long, seems like they need more than one manager to approve things. I was in the store for over 3 hours before I even got to test drive the vehicle I was looking at. Corwin reaches out too much, I got messages and phone calls asking about what vehicles I was interested in after I had already purchased a car from them. I don't like that your information gets passed to other sales people, this is the biggest reason I as hesitant to even purchase a car through Corwin. When I went to sign the paperwork, the manager hardly even looked at me, just told me to sign here a bunch of times. More
