** This review follows my Sell Back / Turn-in of a lease.
It was not a Service requirement. ALL my experiences with Shottenkirk's Service Dept has been exceptional and I tell them that every time. E

My review requested this specific time is for my Turn-in on a lease.
Finance Reps were friendly and very quick. (The sell back price was $1500 below what the Kelly Blue Book value showed for this car, garaged and ONLY 23,500 miles), but Shottenkirk's Service Dept is excellent and all the reps we dealt with all treated us professionally and again, friendly.
** I will go back to Shottenkirk to lease my next vehicle, and ONLY caution all potential customers to understand the ACURA leases read ONLY 7500 miles/year. My Florida Acura provided 7500 miles/year and I noted apparently ALL Acura dealers may provide the 7500 miles as their base.
-- I am not leasing another ACURA unless I can get 1200 mile/year lease as an option. (for "MY" lease, I am probably good with 7500 miles, but for the family car, the lease needs to be 12,000 miles.)
** bottom line: Shottenkirk is a good dealer to work with.
