Which was picked up Friday of the same week, not owning my truck for not even 1 week I agreed to it. There service department got into a accident with my truck, and they were to take pictures before and after pick up to show anything, their policy they said, Which never happened. They were willing to fix and having to paint my truck. The service manager got nasty to me about it. hmm, With a heated screaming match that KEN started (the service manager) in the parking lot, in front of customers and two police officers having a state vehicle serviced. Inappropriate, As I was told by another family member of this family owned business, I was calm about this he said. I was Very mad by now, While fixing my truck, it had come back with more damage and overspray, Not willing to refund my cash payment or another vehicle, they stuck it to me good! LOOK OUT !
