BUT they kept us posted on progress and made sure we had a vehicle we needed to get through the service period. Ford ended up replacing the motor after several failures at correcting the problem. David C, Phil and Keith were awesome. David kept us posted every step of the way and personally road tested our vehicle. Keith came out of the garage and talked with us when we would stop for a service update. Phil has been super at making sure we were taken care of. We cannot recommend them highly enough. More

Otherwise, they have a good sitting area w/ free coffee and beverages..that helps. Hunter "Service Advisor" did a great job providing a high quality customer service and assisted me redeem FordPass balance without a flaw. Thanks! More
