Absolute worst SERVICE If I were able to post less than a star I would. Absolute worst service I have ever encountered. Do not recommend this "service" to anyone. The power steering went out on my 2014 tundra with only 16k miles. I took it in and later received a phone call from mike roller informing me that warranty would not cover it and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I could not believe what he told me. That is the sole reason I purchased a new truck. I was not happy to say the least, so I filed a complaint with Toyota. They told me that they would send a Toyota representative to inspect the truck and see what the issue was. Before they could do that I later received a call from MIKE ROLLER informing me that my vehicle was complete and ready. I head to the dealership and my truck is sitting out front with nothing done to it. I then received a call from PHIL GIBBS informing me that I was the cause of the power steering going out and that I either had to pay out of pocket or it would not be fixed. I could not believe it. This service is an absolute joke. I have no idea how they are in business. I love Toyota but this representation of Toyota is pitiful. I had my truck towed to a real service dealership in Tempe and they are in the process of fixing it with no problem or hassle. I RECOMMEND ANYWHERE but here. More

Fast, easy, informative, great deals It was a fun experience financing my first car all because of this place. I had visited another dealership prior to this one and they were helpful but It was a fun experience financing my first car all because of this place. I had visited another dealership prior to this one and they were helpful but it was all about them making money and not me being happy. Here at Avondale Toyota they actually cared. I recommend this place to everyone! More

Customer service sucks!!!! They don't call you back. I want to spend my money on service and additions and I can't get these idiots to call me back to schedule a appt! Compl They don't call you back. Phil Gibbs , the service manager is honest , professional , goes above and beyond for his customers , efficient and an asset to Avondale Toyota. Terry Pickle , the sales finance manager is also honest , pro , goes above and beyond for his customers , efficient and an asset to Avondale Toyota. Terry Pickle , the sales finance manager is also honest , professional and efficient. He works very hard to find the proper vehicle for his customers. Terry has called me twice to make sure that I am happy with my purchase. Terry is also an asset to the dealership. Both gentlemen's goal is complete customer satisfaction and they certainly have been successful in this regards. Bill and Linda Rossetto More
