Accomodating and dependable I brought my 2017 Outback in for a repair regarding the ignition key interlock. While that repair was being done under the warranty they also did a r I brought my 2017 Outback in for a repair regarding the ignition key interlock. While that repair was being done under the warranty they also did a reprogram according to a TSB. The work was done in a timely manner while I waited in the lounge area. The lounge area has hot beverages as well as snacks and high speed internet for those that are waiting. Nancy kept me apprised throughout the process. Nancy and Phil are very good at what they do at the service desk. Incidentally, the repair and reprogram were scheduled at the last minute; like I wrote earlier, very accommodating. While in the shop, my salesperson, Marc DeBenedictis, walked over just to say hello and to inquire as to any problems. On another note, my daughter who lives in Manhattan has an issue with her Forester. She brought it to another dealer for warranty work and was told that it wasn't covered and wanted $1350 for the repair. I had her bring it Curry, she spoke to Phil, all that was required was a hard boot of the entertainment system. An honest and reliable shop! More

Not only does he make the sale but also spends a lot of time making sure you are very familiar with the car you just purchased. He highlights things in the user manuals so that you can do quick references on important information on your car. He is always there to ask questions and help you after the sale is made too. I highly recommend seeing Mark when you are ready for a Subaru. Even if your not ready to buy one, stop in and see him. Great guy.
