Today we leased a new Ascent and traded in, for a great deal, a Forester for a new Forester. As usual, things went smoothly and Phil Han was great to us at all times. Doug Fisher also did a great job. We will continue to use them for both sales and service because we've yet to have a single bad experience with either department. More

I met Erick when I was purchasing my vehicle with Phil Han. Erick was extremely polite. After I purchased my Crosstrek I met with Erick who reviewed the technology with me. He never rushed me and answered every one of my many questions. I purchase my car in May and all was well until September when I could no longer keep a GPS signal while using the Android Auto, As I mentioned in another review (see Phil Han) no one at Subaru, not just Glanzmann, seems to know how to fix the issue but are aware of the problem. I lived with this for 2 months and was really getting very annoyed that it did not seem to be fixable. I contacted my salesman Phil Han who learned from Erick a possible fix for this problem. We scheduled an appointment and literally within 3 minutes Erick had this problem resolved. I won't tell you how as Erick should tell you. Honestly, Erick should get a bonus, in my opinion, for being proactive in trying to resolve this. His insights should be shared with service and corporate. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, he went over the allotted hour time slot to explain all the features of the car in great detail to make sure I knew exactly how to operate it, particularly the EyeSight system of safety features.
