However, from my first contact with Glanzmann Subaru on-line through my dealership visit everything was surprisingly easy. They had the vehicle I wanted and offered me an attractive price without any hassles. The 0% financing and after purchase servicing program were also attractive. My new Outback was available for me to pick up very quickly. I couldn't be happierl. More

Over the Top Superior Service in an Unfortunate Situation My 89 year old parents in-law purchased their Subaru Outback wagon from Phil at Glanzmann a year or two ago. They ran into an unfortunate circumstanc My 89 year old parents in-law purchased their Subaru Outback wagon from Phil at Glanzmann a year or two ago. They ran into an unfortunate circumstance with the vehicle (no fault of the dealership, Subaru or my parents in law) that caused them to need the car replaced. Mark Glanzmann stepped right in personally and went out of his way to take care of everything for them like they were his own parents. He literally went out to their house with Phil and reviewed the new car in detail, did all the paperwork, took care of extra services, etc. Over the top superior service in a sad situation. If you want to buy a Subaru I cannot stress enough that you should buy it at Glanzmann. They are a class act and I was unbelievably impressed. More

Great experience: Easy, fast, best deal up front Phil is a great salesman. We came in looking for an outback, and he showed us all of our options up front, at the best price possible. He showed us the sales sheets, and then gave us the "actual" price that they could do at the same time. The process was enjoyable because were in and out in no time, and left with a great vehicle. I wouldn't buy a Subaru from anybody else! More

Best experience ever I've bought new cars at different dealerships before and this experience was by far the best. Phil knows his stuff. He was patient with my questions and very informative on all the models they have. I told him the few things that I was looking for and he asked his own questions to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted in a new car. He took the time to show me all the cool features in my new Impreza. I love it! Also Neal was a huge help in the finance dept. He explained everything well so that you're not so lost in all the signing of paperwork. The team at Glanzmann is the best. More

Great customer service I was pleasantly surprised that this was an easy task. Phil was happy to help me as a walk-in test driver with a hectic schedule. He was very knowledgeable and promised to make this as easy as possible. Very personable and not your typical pushy salesman. No question was a bad question. Although a had a minor hiccup in the sale, Phil made sure the right guy (Sean) was going to make it right. After a much needed but short time-out, all was right again. Sean explained everything about warranty that makes you wonder why they have other people handle this part. Phil helped me get settled in my new car. It's the little things I did not expect and really appreciated! Best part of my experience was I was treated fair. A buyer with lots of random questions. It's not everyday you buy a car and understand how it all works. It's wonderful to have people like Phil and Sean understand the average person. So many technical terms involved with buying a vehicle, they explain in simple terms and no pressure. Mission accomplished! I'm very happy with my Subaru Legacy. Thanks Phil!!! More

Also would like to thank Amanda for emailing me the sale price for the vehicle I was interested in (2016 Subaru Forester XT) before I arrived at the dealership. Once I got there, Phil made the whole experience seamless; from getting my trade-in car appraised, test driving, negotiating, financing, and what owning a Subaru vehicle entails. As someone not having owned a Subaru before I cannot thank Phil enough for sharing his incredible knowledge and being honest about his own experience. I hadn't planned on buying a car that evening, but I felt I had had enough to go on, and ditched my plan to research other brands. I am happy with my purchase and hopefully I can say that I'll stick with Subaru for life. More
