They ran into an unfortunate circumstance with the vehicle (no fault of the dealership, Subaru or my parents in law) that caused them to need the car replaced. Mark Glanzmann stepped right in personally and went out of his way to take care of everything for them like they were his own parents. He literally went out to their house with Phil and reviewed the new car in detail, did all the paperwork, took care of extra services, etc. Over the top superior service in a sad situation. If you want to buy a Subaru I cannot stress enough that you should buy it at Glanzmann. They are a class act and I was unbelievably impressed. More

Although a had a minor hiccup in the sale, Phil made sure the right guy (Sean) was going to make it right. After a much needed but short time-out, all was right again. Sean explained everything about warranty that makes you wonder why they have other people handle this part. Phil helped me get settled in my new car. It's the little things I did not expect and really appreciated! Best part of my experience was I was treated fair. A buyer with lots of random questions. It's not everyday you buy a car and understand how it all works. It's wonderful to have people like Phil and Sean understand the average person.
