We added an extended warranty. I was led to believe that the warranty was 3 yrs 36k miles from the end of the factory cpo warranty period. It was not and went into effect from the date / milage at time of purchase so I received significantly less coverage than I expected. Not only that, the fidelity plan they peddle is garbage and nearly impossible to make a claim against. It was sold as the same bumper to bumper coverage as the cpo warranty but it is not. The car buying experience was fine but I feel their inferior extended warranty plan was misrepresentated by the finance man at the time of purchase. Buyer Beware. More

Although it was not necessarily the truck I wanted Joe wrote up a quote which was easy to understand and had no hidden fees. The way Joe went about his business made me comfortable enough to let him shop for the truck I wanted. I ended up buying one of the trucks that I looked at one of the previous Chevrolet dealers. Apparently they didn't want my business as much as Joe did. I will recommend Joe to anyone interested in buying from the Haggerty group. More
