He was very patient with all of my questions, as well as my insistence to walk around the lot when it was only 15 degrees out. After I made a decision, Phil worked with Frank to get me the best price possible. There was no pressure to buy the car at the price they came up with but rather let me make the decision on if I could afford it. Once I was in the office with Rich signing the papers, he was also very patient in explaining what each form was and did not push me to sign but let me read. Everyone we worked with was very patient, professional and kind. There was no pressure and they worked hard to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the right decision. I love my car and I won't go to any other dealer for future purchases! More

After reviewing our wants/needs and discussing our budget, it was suggested that we look into a purchasing a brand new 2015 Jeep Wrangler. We were both PLEASANTLY shocked to realize that a brand new Jeep was really not too much more and within our budget. So, we set up to take a test drive and upon arrival we discovered that the general manager, Ash Bashir, had arranged to get the Jeep in my wife's favorite color and it had both the hard and soft top! Ash then hooked us up with Phil Mathews in the Sales department. Phil went over the ins and outs of the Jeep and every aspect we could think of and then some. Phil was extremely courteous, professional and easy to work with. At no point did we feel pressured or uncomfortable, but rather relaxed and happy. After taking the Jeep for a test drive and trying it out, we fell in love with it. How could you not? The purchase experience was super easy and there were no long drawn out conversations, but only simple minimal communication during the three or four days in between the test drive and when our schedule allowed for the pick up date. We really didn't have to do much, which made the process very relaxed. When we pulled into the dealership to pick up the Jeep and sign the papers, everything was ready to go! Phil even went over every little detail of the Jeep and told us to come on back in the Spring when we were ready to switch Jeep tops out and they would gladly walk us through the process so we could see the proper steps. Phil even offered to come to our home to show us how... now that's customer service :) Both my wife and I can confidently say that the car buying process at Troiano was phenomenal. We have nothing but positive things to say about Phil and Ash. Thanks! More

Excellent customer service I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Phil; who readily answered my questions and show I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by Phil; who readily answered my questions and showed me the vehicle I was interested in; and he arranged a test drive. I advised Phil I had not reached a decision, and would contact him or he could call me in a week to follow-up. Phil followed up as he said he would, and in his low key manner, made me feel comfortable with the dealership. When I decided to purchase the vehicle, Phil was not working and I worked with Frank to finalize the sales price, trade-in value of my then current vehicle and financing options. Frank gets it done. We agreed upon a delivery date, etc., and when the time came, he and Phil were there and made sure everything went smoothly. I'm aware that many people find purchasing a vehicle difficult or intimidating. If you're one of them, I highly recommend you visit Phil and Frank to purchase your next car. They, along with the other employees I have dealt with since the purchase, including the service department (oil change), will make you feel comfortable with your decision. More

He knew the most about the cars and packages relative to the salesmen at the other two locations. He also worked to find the car I wanted. I actually had a better deal at one of the other dealerships, but it was specifically for a car with options I just did not want. My feeling is that the dealership and Phil in particular will be there to help over the coming years. More
