The entire staff that I encountered were all friendly and helpful, which is definitely not the norm in my experience at your usual dealership. I was very pleased with the fair value given to me for my trade in. I didn't have to haggle over that at all which is greatly appreciated. I walked in and told them what I needed that was available on the lot. It had a price and said to them I got an offer on another truck for this price can you sell the truck for that.
