The "service" that this dealer offered is horrible. I would not use them again for anything. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation which their website advertised for $79.99. After the oil chang I would not use them again for anything. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation which their website advertised for $79.99. After the oil change was done, the service writer told me that price was the "old" price and the new price was $124.99. I showed him their website still said $79.99 and he very reluctantly gave it to me after arguing about it. Then I asked how much it was to change all 3 wipers on my car. He told me it cost $25.98 per wiper. I agreed to this price. When they were done he tried to tack on another $15.00 for installation. I explained he couldn't do that, as that was not part of the price he quoted me when I asked initially. I asked him for the total price. This dealer seems to be very shady in their service department & I will not recommend them or use them ever again. Good luck to you if you do. Also, it took them over 2 hours to do the oil change and tire rotation when I was there 10 mins before my appointment time. More
