Went there to but a Chevy Silverado 1500 ZR2 but they didn't have the color I wanted. They then told me they found one with all same options and the color I wanted at another dealer. When I agreed, they didn't have the color I wanted. They then told me they found one with all same options and the color I wanted at another dealer. When I agreed, they was able to get the truck. When I went there and saw the truck, it didn't have the multi function tailgate. The sale person, Phil, said it was an oversight. I asked them to just order the tailgate I agreed to, but they said they won't. He said it would have to come from the factory. The manager also said they wouldn't order the correct tailgate. It would have to come from the factory. I asked if the vehicle was involved in an accident, could the tailgate be ordered. They said yes, but that's a different situation. I don't see how? I just wanted the truck with the accessories I agreed too. They didn't even try to work things out. Wouldn't even call the general manager. I wasted hours working on buying this truck, to include travel and getting the financing. I walked away! Very unprofessional and disappointed. Would not recommend using this dealership. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT! More

I recently purchased a 2024 Silverado 2500 and had the extreme pleasure of having Nabil as my finance guy. I honestly hold on tight to my wallet when I go into the business office when buying cars, but wi extreme pleasure of having Nabil as my finance guy. I honestly hold on tight to my wallet when I go into the business office when buying cars, but with Nabil I never once felt the need to do that. From his welcoming introduction and infectious smile to the final signature on the contracts, Nabil made the process incredibly transparent, open and easy. He never once lost that friendly attitude that really makes you like him. He made me feel like he was helping me decide on the important things I really wanted, rather than just selling me stuff I didn’t need. We were able to come to terms on several things, we shook hands and I honestly felt great leaving his office I think there has been a huge departure lately in companies having a culture that focuses more on relationships than just making customers. Hats off to the managers and GM for having a culture where you feel more than just another number or sale. I will be sending everyone I know to this dealership! More
