At wits end, thinking I would take huge hit to trade in per salesman, pre owned sales manager saved the day. He gave me several options to trade for original value. He determined my 2014 would not be sold on their lot and traded for a 2017 of like miles. Ken S. saved the day. Was 24 hrs. from launching social media campaign. But Ken took charge and made it right. Erin was A+ service rep and mechanic did everything he could to fix it. Ken redeemed the dealership. The GM followed his lead. I will continue to use Bill Utter Ford. More

I was not sure if I wanted a Taurus or a fusion so he allowed me to drive both cars. he offered me a good trade allowance on my Hyundai elantra, and showed me the best deal I could get on my fusion, and I was very happy with that deal. while I was over waiting on the office person to do my paperwork tysinger had my new vehicle cleaned and ready for me when I got finished. this whole deal went quickly and efficiently. I would recommend tysinger and bill utter ford to anyone interested in a new or used car. More

He is very knowledgeable and really listened to our needs and wants in a new vehicle. He went above and beyond what anyone could ever expect a salesman to do. Dennise the accessory lady was very helpful as well. She loaded us up with tint, floor mats and a cargo liner as well as the locking something or other for the wheels. We will be back to purchase another Ford soon!! More
