Love Honda, Love Atlantic Honda most This is my third lease with a new Honda, but my first time with Atlantic Honda and I am happy to give them all five stars they deserve. This time, This is my third lease with a new Honda, but my first time with Atlantic Honda and I am happy to give them all five stars they deserve. This time, I went from a sedan to a compact crossover SUV. I always do a fair share of comparison among the top makes and always go back to a Honda. It’s a great car, but in purchasing it from Atlantic Honda really was the cherry on the cake. It is obvious that the core mission of this dealership is customer satisfaction and service. Phil Ward, my salesperson gets the gold star. He is personable, knowledgeable and not pushy, yet makes it happen effortlessly. Before I knew it, I was doing the financing and was in my new car, dropping off my prior lease. Phil was a perfect liaison between me and the rest of the team, who were all pleasant and also knew their area of expertise. I know I can feel comfortable if I need to go back to him for anything. Hard to please, but it happened I came in with the intentions of just to look. Phil listened and listened as I complained about my Hyundai and how I was tired of dealing with a crapp I came in with the intentions of just to look. Phil listened and listened as I complained about my Hyundai and how I was tired of dealing with a crappy car. I went for a test drive and he showed me through the lobby which was nice. After going back and forth with me for a while he was able to work with me in a reasonable lease and was fabulous. Truly was a great experience and am very happy with my new civic! More

Smooth as silk Today I started my search for a new car and by the end of the day I had one in my driveway. When I arrived at Atlantic Honda with my son who was helpi Today I started my search for a new car and by the end of the day I had one in my driveway. When I arrived at Atlantic Honda with my son who was helping me with the whole process, we were first introduced to Phillip Ward. He was a smiling happy guy who seemed genuinely ready to help us. He immediately presented several vehicles for us to test drive and I ultimately selected a 2017 CRV. Phillip then sat with us and explained all our options and answered all the questions we had. The entire time he was very enthusiastic about us being satisfied with our final decision. We explained how the bottom line with us was cost and he was very willing to work with us so we would be able to choose a car that I could afford and yet be the "car of my dreams." Phillip made the dream happen. We then were introduced to several other people who would be involved with the process: someone to assist with the insurance, a financing officer, and someone to go over all the final paperwork. All these individuals were friendly and eager to help, answering all our questions. When all was signed and approved, I learned I would be able to drive my new car home right away. Phillip then escorted me to the car and gave me a complete tutorial on the workings as I sat in the drivers seat. He explained all all the functions and showed me how everything worked. He set up my iPhone immediately so I could take calls while driving without ever having to touch my phone. He even had me do a couple of practice calls so I would be comfortable using this feature right away. Overall this was an amazing experience in that everything went well and everyone was so friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I have to thank Phillip Ward for making the the whole process as smooth as silk. More
