Trade In Deal I was called this week by the General manager to trade in. As a Widow and and older woman with no Male with me, I alerted the team by phone to not give me problems should I come into the showroom...due to COVID19, I am not allowed to go out until necessary. The original price on the phone was $310...apprx with tax...that's all I wanted them to complete. In the showroom, another fellow came to me and upset me with saying the $310 was only the base...I was ready to walk out. The Finance guy was patient but obviously not understanding the Mind of a Widow...I wanted the entire process to be seamless..or my body would break and I would get sick in the showroom. That's what it is for an older woman to come into a showroom with all men at me, not understanding what a woman is or wants... I am not a man. I didn't want to have to need a man to negotiate on my behalf for a new car trade in deal. I missed my lunch, dinner and doctor's appointment and my appointment afterwards..the process took way too long because paperwork kept bouncing back to get the price right. I came home unwell, exhausted...my foods were all off and I got sick that night from the excessive stress. I would like to see that changed....and maybe you can reimburse me for 2 meals. More

This Honda has no loyalty to their customers, so you have to fight to keep your payments the same for the same car. Pretty desperate but after being there for 6 hours I was finally able to get a “deal” for t to fight to keep your payments the same for the same car.
