From the person who wrote our deal (Bryan K.) and explained every feature of the car and guided us on what to get and what not to based on our family needs, to finance (Jason M.) who explained every possible option and warranties and offered the best they can, to the person who handed and setup up the car for us during pick up (Philip N.) who answered all our questions, took his time to setup everything in our car, made sure we are super comfortable as we are first time BMW owners. And we did all this remotely except when we picked up our car and they set us up. The most wonderful buying experience ever, across any product we have ever purchased, in person or online! Simply ecstatic and they made it so easy for us, answered all our questions, fulfilled all our requests, and much more! We cannot be more grateful to Momentum and their staff and can't rave enough about them...they are the BEST BEST BEST in business! The sales person Phillip was great. I enjoyed working with him. Some down side - the car I was going to trade in was appraised lower than CarMax. Therefore, I did not trade in, and la I enjoyed working with him. Some down side - the car I was going to trade in was appraised lower than CarMax. Therefore, I did not trade in, and later I sold the former car at CarMax for $3000 higher than BMW offered. Secondly, I needed to know more beforehand that the credit card limit is $3000 (it was increased to $5000 by manager's discretion) for down payment. I should have known that I needed to bring my personal check. Overall, the purchase experience was different from Mercedes. Mercedes accepted credit card without limit. They purchased my old car for a very reasonable price, just the same as the quote from Carmax. More
