My experience wasn't the best overall ok. The sales representative was nice and knowledgeable even though, he was young and inexperienced. Although very helpful and attentive i have to say. I'm a little unhappy with the loan officer, i felt he has a little rough and disrespectful. At the end of the day doesn't matter how difficult/ hard i am. The customer should always has to be first. I work in the serving industry and i know how much of a pain some people can be but without customers there is no business and unhappy customer makes way more damage than a happy one. Service department it's ok. Overall i will give them a 3.5 score since is convenient and they have a decent inventory. More

It wasn’t the price I was hoping for but he was willing to get it down as low as possible. The entire process was extremely easy. There was no pressure and they honored everything they said to me.
