Purchased a Ford F-450 for $91K. After telling them I didn't need financing, they told me that they could get me 0% financing from Ford Motor Credity and that they would knock $750 o After telling them I didn't need financing, they told me that they could get me 0% financing from Ford Motor Credity and that they would knock $750 off the purchase price so I agreed. Suddenly I get inundated with credit report searchs from at least 20 banks as Koons instead decided to shop my application to anyone and everyone, this activity knocked 30 points off my 800 FICO score. When I show up to take delivery on the car, there is almost no fuel in the tank. The salesman at first wouldn't deliver me the car with a full tank until I threatened to walk (having driver 3 hours to get there). He finally acquiesced, seems to me dropping $91K on a pick up truck ought to get me a free tank of gas. The worst part was after waiting a month, I still hadn't received my registration. I called several times to inquire before I finally get a response from their title clerk. She tells me that they filed for the registration 27 days after I took delivery and that the reason for this ridiculous delay is because "the paperwork had to go to several other desks" before it got to her. I'm sorry but exactly where did it need to go? China?? This dealership is the absolute worst customer experience and customer service I have ever experienced and I have bought over 100 cars in my lifetime. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KOONS!!!! More

I would give zero stars if I could. They are awful. First, they lied about the inventory on hand just to get me in the building. ( I was 9 months pregnant at the time.) Then, they assigned a sales associate who had no clue what he was doing or any of the details of the car which was the new Ford Mustang Mach E. I found another salesperson, Jocelyn, that seemed more knowledgeable, test drove it and was going to buy it at sticker price. Easy sale, right? No. After confirming the MSRP at least 5 times, ($49875) the manager sits down and man-splains that there is a 'market adjustment' of $14,995 which somehow takes the price of the car from $49,875 to $72,275. When I said this seemed shady and was going to take the deal sheet home to my husband, the manager got defensive and aggressive and said that the deal sheet he had given me was an 'internal document' that couldn't leave the store! Mind you, I'm 9 months pregnant. After that I left quite upset. The next morning, I went to Lindsay Ford, dealt with Raymond (who I would highly recommend) and left with my new, fully loaded, Mach E at MSRP in less than 90 minutes. Lindsay Ford was knowledgeable, respectful of you and your time, and had plenty of inventory. Koons Ford on the other hand, takes the snake oil salesman stereotype to a new low. Don't shop at Koons Ford as a woman or a person of color. They will waste your time and attempt to upcharge you by the thousands. More

This has been the absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not receive my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not received my license plates and I keep reaching out via email and have yet to get a response from anyone other than the lady who keeps harrassing me to give them 5 stars for their poor service. I have received so much conflicting information from every single person I have talked to this whole thing is ridiculous, and in the end it seems like I'll have to pay more money plus a penalty to get my own plates because it's been longer than 30 days with absolutely no help or solution from anyone at Koons. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Ford More

Even on a busy Saturday, everyone was very concerned with my happiness and gave full effort to completing my deal in every detail. They didn't rush, but took the necessary time to get everything right. My sales person, Russel Walker even offered to order dinner for me while we were taking care of business. I have no doubt that I will order my next car through him. More

I had a terrible experience the previous day at another dealership and was honestly turned off of buying a car at all. My experience at Koons was amazing and really salvaged the whole experience for me. They were friendly, professional, respectful, and most importantly conduct their business with integrity (something that was lacking at the non-Koons dealership I visited). They didn't try to pressure me into anything and they were willing to price match a better deal I found at a competitor. They also offered me an appropriate price for my trade-in rather than lowballing me as their competitor had. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I highly recommend them and their sales person Phillip Sahno. More
