Phillip was great. However the cleanup and detail of the vehicle was very disappointing. Left the undercarriage with dirt on the chassis everywhere. Pulled out the telescoping mirrors to find them full of dirt. Black paint on the gray vinyl console where carpet was touched. Hard chemicals left the chrome trim permanently with a haze or have rubbed off. This is the first time I’ve seen a vehicle being sold this dirty and this is a 2025 with 6k miles. More

Phillip and his manager Greg bent over backwards to a point I wouldn't have expected in order to get the price on the vehicle I wanted where I needed it to be. They were polite, professional, and I at no point I wouldn't have expected in order to get the price on the vehicle I wanted where I needed it to be. They were polite, professional, and I at no point did I get the usual negative feelings I have associated with the the car buying experience. So much so that just a few days later my wife went and had the exact same experience! 10/10 for the staff! More
