With Phillip this was not the case. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process, answered all questions and helped me find the right truck for me. This was my second purchase from James Wood, both were done over the internet, they did what they said they said they would both times. (Which is sometime hard to find nowadays). This is why I drove 3 hrs to make my purchase. (and will probably do it again)
