He knows his cars; he worked with me to figure out two different purchase options, helping me in the end to get a "better" car than I had planned (Kia + as opposed to base). He then had to go find the color I wanted at another dealer and bring it to Laurel. He was great, friendly, knowledgeable, no pushing, mapped out each option to the penny, patient and the best thing of all - no surprises. The sale was beyond easy from test drives to filling out paperwork with Lisa. I will recommend this dealer to anyone who asks - or is in need of a dealer and doesn't ask...…...thank you, Pierce! Excellent experience So this was my first time getting a new (used) car, and I was kinda sketched, but Pierce Bentley York (yeah I know, awesome name right?) made the whol So this was my first time getting a new (used) car, and I was kinda sketched, but Pierce Bentley York (yeah I know, awesome name right?) made the whole process as easy as buying a movie ticket. They went over everything with me, I was approved for the car, and drove off. Whole process (with waiting for approval and all) was about 3 hours, but then he got my car cleaned, filled it with gas and handed me the keys. Told me if I had any issues to call him directly. Pierce is the man, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase! More
