The Cadenza Limited was tremendously impressive but I wound up leasing a Buick LaCrosse instead. However, my Laurel Kia experience was outstanding thanks to the sales consultant with whom I worked: Pierce Bentley York. He was comfortably personable, extremely familiar with every detail about the vehicle in which I was interested. He went above and beyond to provide me the best deal he could -- a deal much better than I had previously imagined! I purchased from Laurel Kia based on the straightforward approach they took to the interaction. When I asked how much a car was, they took the time to determine which rebates I would actually be eligible for - and gave me an exact dollar amount for what I would need to pay to take the car home (dealer fees, taxes, title, etc.). No run-around. Once I arrived at the dealership, the price was exactly what they said it would be and the purchase experience was very smooth. Particular kudos to Pierce York for his forthrightness during the process and to Jamal Allen for all the follow-up paperwork. More
