My sales person, Pierce York, was knowledgeable and polite. In the end, I told him the price I was willing to pay, he met that price, and I picked up the car the following morning. The car was clean and full of gas and I received 2 complementary KIA key chains that are actually very nice quality. On the day that I picked up the car, the finance person was also not too pushy as she explained the extended warranty and service plans that they offer. That was appreciated. I've bought too many cars over the years where they try and hard sell you all of the ad-ons. Overall I'm very pleased with the dealership and would purchase from them again. More

Went into the dealer and Pierce was at the door greeting people and was very nice and very helpful. He pulled the GMC Yukon over and went over the whole SUV and was very familiar with the invintory. We walked inside talked about numbers and he worked with what I wanted and was able to make a sale. He is the most helpful car sales person I have ever encountered. Very knowledgeable. Thanks for the help and sales Pierce. Makes his customers happy. When I go to buy something else in the future I'll start there with Pierce. More

Straightforward sales experience I decided I wanted a 2017 Kia Niro Touring after seeing them at the Baltimore auto show,. Went to this dealership on the way home and got a chance to I decided I wanted a 2017 Kia Niro Touring after seeing them at the Baltimore auto show,. Went to this dealership on the way home and got a chance to see and look at one. Pierce was very helpful. Came back a while later with spouse and adult son to test drive.. I worked out the deal on the car via email and Pierce worked out numbers that were good and so the next time I came to the dealer it was to take home the newly delivered vehicle. Paperwork was typical as I had a trade in and even the hard push by the finance lady wasn't that bad. Car was prepped nicely More

This includes helping us decide which specific model, price, additional coverages, colors, etc. My wife uses Laurel Kia for regular maintenance for her car; we even got a "loyal customer" discount.
