I literally cant express how incredible of an experience this was. I was coming from a dealership that I put a deposit down for the same car and they just drop the ball over and over again so I asked for a this was. I was coming from a dealership that I put a deposit down for the same car and they just drop the ball over and over again so I asked for a refund the day I spoke to Michael. Straight forward did what the other dealership couldnt do in 13 days(when I left deposit) in 24-48 hours. I was literally in my new car in 24 hours. I Came from philly and asked for speed so I don’t have to sit in traffic on way back. In less than an hour I was leaving the dealership. Haven't had this type of experience in a while. I am someone who purchases a lot of cars. These guys at Biener get it, GET THE SALE DONE and show exceptional customer service. Michael probably one of the best salesmen ive ever dealt with. More

Walked in already knowing which car I wanted to pay cash for and they had one to test drive. Memorial Day Weekend. Dealership was dead. Salesman meets us. We wanted the Q7 Prestige line. Didn't like the for and they had one to test drive. Memorial Day Weekend. Dealership was dead. Salesman meets us. We wanted the Q7 Prestige line. Didn't like the color they had but was willing to wait. While we waited for the Q7 to be brought around the salesman said This will be $2000 above MSRP and I said well we won't pay that, he said, "well then you won't be buying at Biener and there's no reason to test drive the car". Really? Audi should be concerned. We are a BMW family but loved what we saw at a different Audi. Were ready to buy that day for the right color. And this is how your salesman acts? Stay away from Biener. More

My only complaint is the over sticker fee added to the price of the car. We are loyal customers at Biener Audi for more then 25 years and for that reason, I believe the additional fee should have been wav price of the car. We are loyal customers at Biener Audi for more then 25 years and for that reason, I believe the additional fee should have been waved...I think we are on our 10th or 12th Audi.....all from Biener....It's tot good customer relations for your loyal core customers....That's my opinion. I’ve owned Audis since 2011 and currently own two, an A4 and a Q3. Pure driving pleasure. I’ve known Jeremy de Jesus since 2012. I love my Audis for 2 reasons. They are simply great automobiles. In every se and a Q3. Pure driving pleasure. I’ve known Jeremy de Jesus since 2012. I love my Audis for 2 reasons. They are simply great automobiles. In every sense and in no small part due to Jeremy de Jesus. He’s more than a service consultant. He’s a brother. He understands my passion for Audis and has always provided flawless service and advice. One of my homes is 300 miles up North. Biener is the ONLY service facility I have ever or will ever use. Because of Jeremy de Jesus. He has his customer’s interests at heart. I guess I’m just lucky. So is Biener Audi Great Neck! More
