I really appreciated Pieter's friendly and competent approach. There was absolutely no pressure in terms of talking me into anything I wasn't interested in. It was also refreshing to buy from a dealership that doesn't pre-install add-ons that inflate the price. I was looking for a currently hard-to-find exterior/interior color combo, but Pieter searched far and wide, found it, and had it at the dealership within a few days. All this AND I know a got a great deal too! I hadn't been to Gurnee Honda before - but based on this transaction I'll be back! More
