Overall experience with Ponlue was the best I've ever had. He communicated super well from the moment I inquired about the vehicle through to delivery. Ponlue from the sales team was great to work with! Ponlue had the vehicle ready and waiting when we arrived. He handed us the keys for a test drive. I called and spoke with Ricky Pim to custom order a truck. I sent in the specs he said he would be able to order it the same day. The build sheet was missing one of the options, when I called back, R truck. I sent in the specs he said he would be able to order it the same day. More than a week later I have left 2 messages, 2 texts, and an email without any response. Ricky and Ponlue went from great communicators to nothing.
