As someone who has purchased and leased multiple vehicles over the years, this was one of the less impressive dealership experiences I’ve had. The facility appeared run down, the showroom was uncomfortable, over the years, this was one of the less impressive dealership experiences I’ve had. The facility appeared run down, the showroom was uncomfortable, and inventory seemed very limited. I came in hoping to have an open discussion about my lease options, but I felt pressured toward getting into another vehicle rather than receiving objective guidance on all available options. The staff was courteous, but I left feeling that the focus was on making a sale instead of helping me make the best financial decision for my situation. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More

After my initial meeting. I was disappointed. It took three hours the day the car was delivered to me it was not prepped when I got there for my appointment and none of the pa I was disappointed. It took three hours the day the car was delivered to me it was not prepped when I got there for my appointment and none of the paperwork was ready. I was promised a hitch which was not installed until after and scheduling that turned into a nightmare. With poor communication and the run around wasting an entire day. More

He lied about my preferred bank holding title and it would be hard for me to refinance just so I can use his preferred bank (I’m sure got better kickback) and then I had to pay an additional 2k from what we had already agreed upon to use my bank. xx!
