After my initial meeting. I was disappointed. It took three hours the day the car was delivered to me it was not prepped when I got there for my appointment and none of the pa I was disappointed. He lied about my preferred bank holding title and it would be hard for me to refinance just so I can use his preferred bank (I’m sure got better kickback) and then I had to pay an additional 2k from what we had already agreed upon to use my bank. xx! Not so when I visited Babylon Honda. Tim Francis our salesman came out to greet us in the lot and just his calm, not hurried greeting set the tone and I knew that he would make this experience a very pleasant one. Tim took the time and went over the details of how our new vehicle operates and allowed us to try the different trim levels of the vehicle that we were interested in. And unlike the other dealerships salespersons, Tim never seemed bothered by hesitation or indecisiveness on our part. The whole relax and fun vibe of all the other sales people and managers made the process,which can take some time that much more bearable. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used Honda to pay Babylon Honda a visit on their first attempt. You wont regret it More
