My experience was surprisingly a good one. Although he seemed like a fairly new salesperson, I really liked working with Hector. He was very patient and understanding. They both did an awesome job making sure I got answers to my questions and working with me on an affordable payment. I did not feel like they just wanted a sale, they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with everything. Just before coming to Braman Honda PB, I stopped a Subaru dealer and it was a horrible experience, I would never make that mistake again. Hector and Prence as well as the insurance guy took great care of me. I really enjoy driving my new Honda CRV. Thank you once again! More
