Great Experience I had many firsts on Saturday February 10, 2018. The first of which was visiting Fred Anderson Toyota. I had been shopping for cars for about a week and had been to a few of Mr. Anderson's competitors around Raleigh, and when I came to the Toyota dealership, I expected to meet a salesman who would eventually try to sell me something I didn't need. To my surprise, Preston treated me like a friend, and made the test driving and buying experience very easy. Although the dealership is huge, it's very clean, the employees are helpful and friendly. It feels very welcoming and comfortable. The drive up service department is the first I've ever seen, and will come in handy when it's raining, snowing, or blazing hot outside. The maintenance plan is what convinced me I had landed in the right place. I did a lot of research before I came to Fred Anderson, and they, by far, have the best maintenance plan. More
