Hi, I’m Preston Jenkins, a sales consultant at Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in August 2021, this is my entry into the automotive industry. My previous experience as a Real Estate Agent and a supervisor for Oesterlen Family Services and Youth helped me develop the skills I need to be successful. It has equipped me with a foundation in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. I also developed the ability to understand clients’ needs, negotiate effectively, and manage complex transactions. Similarly, my experience in supervision within children and family services taught me to be empathetic, detail-oriented, and patient while working with diverse individuals. My philosophy regarding customers is rooted in building trust, understanding their unique needs, and delivering exceptional service. Born in Ohio and raised in Pataskala, I love that I grew up in a close-knit community where everyone truly supported one another.
