Back service ,Lemon car that was not worth trading in the new car have problem with transmissions. I took it to the dealer to fix it. They hold it up for a month, giving me a loaner from the loaner when I ge new car have problem with transmissions. I took it to the dealer to fix it. They hold it up for a month, giving me a loaner from the loaner when I get back the loaner I say I’m not gonna use the loan no more they gave me a rental car after the loaner car you guys called me that my car was fixed happens the next day. My car was fixed after having the car for almost a month. the car is still giving us problems new one. I think you guys are doing false advertising and getting people hook with the Kia cars that are not worth it and not resolving the problem. More

This was my first service with my 2025 Sorento an ad always Anthony George was excellent the service department had me in and out while keeping me in my scheduled appointment my vehicle was cleaner then always Anthony George was excellent the service department had me in and out while keeping me in my scheduled appointment my vehicle was cleaner then when I brought it in I was kept informed of what was going on while I waited next is my wife’s vehicle to be serviced and I know everything will go as smoothly as mine went city Kia is the best!! Three hours for an oil change is ridiculous, not to mention poor customer service, especially when you have an appointment. Appointments should be scheduled for the time the work will begin.
