I called to make my 6 month service appointment and talked to Ashley. She didn't have one available for when I needed but told me I could come as a walk in. So I did. Preston checked me in and told talked to Ashley. She didn't have one available for when I needed but told me I could come as a walk in. So I did. Preston checked me in and told me it would be a while but would get my car done as quickly as he could but those with appointments, of course, came first. Preston called me within 2 hours telling me my car was ready to be picked up. I cannot thank both Ashely and Preston, as well as the techs, enough for accommodating me on such short notice on a Saturday morning. Y'all are the true epitome of a hometown dealership!! More

We sold you a truck before replacing broken parts. They asked when I could drop truck off I told them on 8/21/20 I could drop off after work around 430 pm. When I arrived they said they were expecting me at 1030 am. And I would have to wait another week to drop my New Truck off and have it worked on! More

Vehicle rides very rough..feels like tires are over inflated Everyone seemed willing to help but the results were not good. Vehicle still rides very rough. Another great Southtowne service job My wife's 2014 Equinox developed a mysterious roof leak. The Southtowne team of Josh, Tim, and Preston went into action. They gave us a wonderful loan My wife's 2014 Equinox developed a mysterious roof leak. The Southtowne team of Josh, Tim, and Preston went into action.
