I called to make my 6 month service appointment and talked to Ashley. She didn't have one available for when I needed but told me I could come as a walk in. So I did. Preston checked me in and told me it would be a while but would get my car done as quickly as he could but those with appointments, of course, came first. Preston called me within 2 hours telling me my car was ready to be picked up. We sold you a truck before replacing broken parts. They asked when I could drop truck off I told them on 8/21/20 I could drop off after work around 430 pm. When I arrived they said they were expecting me at 1030 am. And I would have to wait another week to drop my New Truck off and have it worked on! More
