I am beyond grateful to Primo Garcia for his patience and expertise during the process of test drives and education on each model. He also spent a substantial amount of time with me, prior to driving my new baby off the lot, going through every single option of the vehicle and endured all of my questions. He even shared examples of do’s and don’ts from his own experience with his personal Porsche that were easily relatable. There is a confidence in this new chapter knowing that at any time, I can call Primo and he will guide me through any questions I have. I had an amazing experience at Porsche Ontario. The positive experience started when I first called to inquire about a pre owned model on their website. A cheerful receptionist took my message and within an hour I received an e mail from Primo Garcia. Primo e mailed a quality "walk around" video with narration of the cars features along with his cell contact. After a few delightful phone conversations I was enticed to make the 135 mile trip to check out the car in person. When I arrived, I found the car of interest washed, detailed and on display in a stunning glass delivery bay with a note for me in on the dash board. Primo was knowledgable, honest and extremely helpful. In fact, everyone I met from Primo to Shelly Fisher to other employees in the show room were friendly. In addition, the building itself is physically beautiful and squeaky clean. Although the physicality is not important as the people, it simply adds to the positive environment. I am an auto enthusiast and have interacted with multiple dealers over the years. My experience at Porsche Ontario was top notch. I appreciate how that they run their business in the same quality manner that I run my own practice. Porsche Ontario truly is a class act. More
