Scheduled for a mirror recall on my passport and have had issues since. The mirror looks like a funhouse mirror. I went back in immediately and they said I would get a call later that day - never received issues since. The mirror looks like a funhouse mirror. I went back in immediately and they said I would get a call later that day - never received one. I called Monday morning and was given a Wednesday appointment. I dropped my car off to be repaired and never received a call saying the work was complete. When I called at 4 said it was ready and I requested a shuttle. When I got there I was handed my keys and said your car is there or around the corner. As I was driving the mirror is NOT fixed - it still looks wavy like a fun house mirror. I immediately called and was sent to service the phone rang for over a minute and then said ‘MRS *** I swear your car is ready I saw the paperwork.’ They didn’t say hello or even know I already had picked up my car. I was told the mirror issue is still a problem and was told I will hear back about scheduling or what they can do to actually fix an issue they caused and nothing. More
